To celebrate launch of our new Japanese Dark Lager, we’ve put together this epic tasting menu.

– Black garlic & soy Grilled chicken skewers + Mervyn (or Pinot Grigio)
– Grilled Prawns, ginger & lime mirin glaze + Hazy Hazy Bang Bang (or Pinot Noir)
– Pork belly bites, maple soy glaze, apple puree + NEW Japanese Dark Lager (or Sangiovese)
**Optional on arrival: Oyster, fresh, cucumber & lime vinaigrette with Local Pacific Ale or cocktail
