Big passionfruit, guava and coconut billowing from all ends of the flavour spectrum. we have used a healthy dose of Phantasm in this brew to enhance the aromas of the beer, it’s made from Marlborough sauvignon blanc grapes, which are rich in the compound that works with yeast to create these big fruity flavours!
